  • Keep it dry when you can: While our pieces are water-resistant, storing them in a dry, cool place helps preserve their finish even longer.
  • Skip the sprays: Avoid direct contact with perfumes, harsh chemicals, or prolonged sunlight to protect the gold plating and polish.
  • Gentle cleaning goes a long way: A simple rinse with warm water and mild soap is all you need. No heavy maintenance, ever.
  • End-of-Day Ritual: Keep it safe in the pouch or box it came in; it’s not just pretty, it’s protective.

Shipping & Delivery

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders, no hidden charges, no minimum value. You’ll receive email updates on your order status, including a tracking link once your package is on its way. Keep an eye out so you can follow your jewellery’s journey to you.

We begin processing your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are:
Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 2–4 working days
COD Orders: Delivered within 5–7 working days

We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. While we always aim for swift delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues. We’ll always keep you informed.

We pack your Auré pieces with care and love – but once in transit, things can occasionally go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it.

Refund Policy

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide an exchange in accordance with our exchange policy.

At Auré Atelier, we follow a no-refund policy. But don’t worry – we’re more than happy to offer you an exchange if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Though we take great care in quality-checking and packaging your pieces, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Simply email us at info.aureatelier.com with your order number and clear photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges for our pieces because we want you to love what you wear.You can choose to exchange your item for another design within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with pouches and packaging intact.

  • If your piece arrives damaged or defective, you’re eligible for a free replacement- just let us know.
  • To process a claim for damage, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Wear and tear, breakage, or scratches that occur after 2 months of receiving the product are not covered under our exchange policy.
