• Store your jewels in a cool, dry place, preferably in the packaging provided.
• Avoid direct exposure to water, perfumes, prolonged exposure to harsh sun and harsh chemicals to prevent the jewels from oxidising.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of the jewels to maintain the shine.
For Aureateelier Silver:
Aureateelier Sterling Silver jewels are carefully crafted with high-quality Silver (Silver 925), making them durable and comfortable for everyday wear.
For maintenance and care we recommend keeping them dry and away from humidity to extend their shine and longevity.
Your jewels are designed to stay with you for a long time—how you care for them is entirely up to you!
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free on my Aureatelier order?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Your order status is updated via email, including tracking details upon dispatch. Please use this information to monitor your delivery.
How long will my order take to ship?
We process most orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, delivery timelines are as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Arrive within 2-4 working days
- COD Orders: Arrive within 5-7 working days
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Need your order sooner? Opt for express shipping at an additional charge of INR 350, and receive your package within 72 hours.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
We have a no-refund policy, but don’t worry—we’re happy to offer you an exchange or store credit instead!
Can I return a sale item?
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! If you’d like a replacement or need to return it, just email us at help@aureatelier.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Return & Exchange
Great news! We offer Returns and Exchanges.
- You can exchange a product for another item or opt for store credit when returning an item.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Store credit issued will remain valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request an exchange at no additional cost.
- To ensure a smooth process, an unboxing video of the package is required as proof.
